   Energy Psychology is considered one of the greatest innovations to the practice of Psychology today because it incorporates Energy Medicine under the umbrella of Self-Help Psychotherapy.  Energy Psychology methods are believed by many in this unique, inventive and highly helpful field to work through the means of direct intervention of existing imbalances within the human mind, body and spirit.  The system of modalities, which are sometimes referred to as "tapping" in the Complementary, Holistic and Alternative Medical Industry, specifically work to effectively and quickly re-balance aspects of our personal energy system.

In my own practice I specifically employ the modality known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or E.F.T. 

What is E.F.T.?  E.F.T. is based upon a 5,000 year old Chinese system which engages both the right and left hemispheres of the brain and stimulates specific acupressure meridian points within the human body while using verbal "cues" created by the client with a focused intent at correcting an issue, ailment, addiction, phobia or dis-ease they wish to work on. 

The Emotional Freedom Technique is an extremely simple and highly effective practice to undertake to get results quickly!
